Investors show great confidence in PM's package for developers, construction industry: Director General FGEHA.

ISLAMABAD -- After successful auction of Mauve area and Class 3 shopping centres of G-13 and G-14, Director General FGEHA, Mr. Waseem Hayat Bajwa, decided to go for open auction of commercial area of EHFPRO, a joint venture project of FGEHA and Progressive Motels and Resorts, from 11th to 14th January 2021 and raised Rs2.06 billion. The subject auction and the revenue raised as a result of it would ensure timely completion of the project which is in progress since 2016. It is one of the biggest projects of FGEHA, consisting of 3,240 apartments of different sizes. The revenue raised would be used for completion of the project at the earliest.
