Interim Distribution of UBL Fund Managers Limited.

Karachi -- UBL Fund Managers Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Chief Executive Officer, under the authority granted by the Board of Directors, has approved interim distribution for the Period ended March 20, 2023.

An interim cash dividend of Re. 1.2394 per unit (1.24% on the par value of Rs. 10) has been approved. Unit Holders as at the close of business on March 20, 2023 will be entitled to the distribution.
