Interim Distribution of Atlas Asset Management Limited.

Karachi -- Atlas Asset Management Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Chief Executive Officer, under the authority delegated by the Board of Directors, on March 28, 2023 has approved interim distribution out of the profit earned by the AAML for the period ending March 27, 2023.

An interim cash dividend of Rs. 8.7827 per unit (1.76% on the par value of Rs. 10) has been approved. Unit Holders as at the close of business on March 27, 2023 will be entitled to the distribution.
