Inflated rate of subsidised flour resented.

MANSEHRA -- Leader of Oghi traders Sarbuland Khan on Friday alleged that the residents got subsidised wheat flour at the rate higher than the notified one.

He told reporters that as the fasting month of Ramazan was just around the corner, those managing designated sale points in village councils charged people Rs1,800 for a 20kg subsidised flour bag instead of Rs1,350.

Mr Khan said the food department had failed to ensure the smooth supply of subsidised flour to Oghi tehsil and therefore, sale points fleeced people.
