India would have to repel cancellation of special status of Kashmir: Bhatt.

Birmingham -- The senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Altaf Bhatt has said that Modi wants to take control of the natural resources of Indian held Kashmir and for that they abrogated the Article 370 and 35A which has never remained the priority of Kashmiri people who have been sacrificing their lives for plebiscite since last seven decades.

He was leading a four member delegation of Kashmiris that called on Lord Mayor of Birmingham Councilor Muhammad Aleem at his office on Wednesday.

President Tehreek-e-Kashmir TeK United Kingdom (UK) Raja Fahim Kayani. Senior journalist Mohideen Dar and others were also the part of the delegation.

On the occasion Bhatt briefed Lord Mayor of Birmingham on the current situation of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJ and K).

" People of IOJ and K have been caged since August 05 by the Modi government. During these 86 days Kashmiris suffered worth US and 2Billion economical loss.

Besides the economical loss there is also shortage of food, medicine and milk in the entire curfew region, " Bhatt said this while briefing the Mayor Azeem .

On the occasion Lord Mayor of Birmingham Azeem said that he will continue to raise the voice for the people of IOJ and K who are fighting for their political rights as per the UN resolutions saying Kashmiris will achieve their destination very soon.
