India had turned IoJ and K into prison for humanity: Farooq Haider.

BRUSSELS -- Prime Minster Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has said that India had turned Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IoJ and K) into prison for humanity. There is complete impunity for perpetrators who have been committing gross and systematic violations of human rights in IoJ and K. Instead of civil liberties, India had provided unchecked and unlimited liberty to her forces for indiscriminate killings and molestation of civilians.

He was addressing to a seminar organised by Kashmir Council Brussels on "Human rights and civil liberties in Kashmir" at EU Parliament.
