Imran Khan perpetrated economic terrorism in the country: Ahsan Iqbal.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister for planning Ahsan Iqbal said Friday Imran government perpetrated economic terrorism during four years which led to historical escalation in poverty in the country.

'we will steer the country out of diplomatic isolation. If we have to make progress then we will have to get utmost share in European Union and US markets, he said this while talking to media men here Friday.

The country was worst hit by corruption during the four years rule of Imran Khan. Opposition was cast in jails. Imran Khan is trying to mislead people by covering up his failures, he added.

Pakistan will make progress if its economy becomes robust, he said adding Imran Khan caused irreparable harm to CPEC projct. Our government had completed 90 work on CPEC.

We estimated to bring investment of 40 billion dollars in the country till 2025, he pointed out. Even work has not been started on the industrial zones which were to be completed, he added.

The volume of development projects of the country was curtailed which is deplorable , he claimed. The projects were strangled in the guise of political bribery. 44 percent federal budget was defaced. We could not start ML-1 project of CPEC.

Imran Khan should tell how the country is self reliant in the production of grains, he questioned. We have to import every thing, he remarked.

He went on to say Imran Khan is running the old tape of 2011 before the people. If Imran Khan wants transparent election then he will have to sit in the meeting of electoral reforms committee meeting.
