Imran Khan leaves for Lahore from IHC, to address nation on Saturday.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan has left for Lahore from Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The PTI chairman will address to the nation Saturday. He will inform the public about the country's political situation during the address to the nation, while also informing the nation about his political strategy during the protests across the country.

After obtaining bail, Khan decided to remain within the premises of the IHC for several hours until he was provided with a written verdict. This was due to his concern that he might be re-arrested by the police if he left the court.

Khan had warned police officers stationed at the high court for security to open Islamabad's routes within 15 minutes, or he would announce his next plan of action. This came after they had restricted him from leaving the court premises.

Earlier, the PTI workers had been instructed to prepare for Imran Khan's welcome. Khan is still awaiting to receive written orders from the court after which he is expected to return to Zaman Park, his Lahore residence.

The PTI chairman will also appear before the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday. Sources privy to the PTI said that Mr Khan will stay at Zaman Park.
