'Implementation of child protection laws remains major issue'.

HYDERABAD -- Implementation of child-protection laws remained a major issue, according to the annual flagship report The State of Pakistan's Children 2018 launched recently by the Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (Sparc) at a local hotel.

Sparc's executive director Sajjad Ahmed Cheema said the report covered seven chapters, including a new one 'voices of children' in order to see how a child sees the world and his/her problems. The report would have been incomplete without that chapter, he said, adding that the real issue was how to resolve children's problems.
