Imam-ul-Haq to return to Pakistan before second Test.

Mount Maunganui: Left-handed opener Imam-ul-Haq hasn't been able to recover from a thumb fracture, hence he will return to Pakistan before the second Test.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that Imam will travel back from Auckland to Lahore tomorrow at 6:30 pm local time. He will complete his rehabilitation phase here in Pakistan.

Remember, Imam got his left hand's thumb fracture during the training session ahead of the T20I series.
