IHC seeks ministry's reply on Gen (retd) Asad Durrani's petition.
ISLAMABAD -- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday sought reply from Ministry of Interior in a petition of Gen (retd) Asad Durrani's for not removing his name from exit control list (ECL).
IHC's Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani heard the petition against the decision of Interior Ministry dated October 31, for not removing Durrani's name from the ECL.
The petitioner stated that he had to travel abroad for some professional matter and to meet his family members.
