IHC reserves judgment on the maintainability of contempt of court plea against Faisal Vawda.
ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on maintainability of contempt of court petition against the federal minister Faisal Vawda.
Justice Amir Farooq of IHC took up the case for hearing Thursday.
The petitioner took the plea Faisal Vawda has not filed reply in disqualification case despite court's orders. Five months have passed since the court's notice was served on Faisal Vawda but he does not want to file reply. Faisal Vawda is committing contempt of court by not complying with court's orders.
