IHC issues stay on suspension of Hafiz Hamdulllah's CNIC.

ISLAMABAD -- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday issued a stay order against the suspension of citizenship of Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI)'s leader Hafiz Hamdullah by National Database Regulatory Authority (NADRA). Chief Justice Athar Minallah issued a stay order on a petition, filed by the Hamdullah, challenging the decision of NADRA to cancel his CNIC. At the outset of hearing, the IHC chief justice asked whether Hamdullah had kids. Did they also have Pakistan National Identity Card (NIC), he inquired.
