ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared appointment of Ali Nawaz Awan, special assistant to Prime Minister (PM) as chairman local government commission null and void.
The decision was earlier reserved and was announced on Tuesday.
The case came up for hearing before IHC Tuesday. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of IHC announced reserved judgment.
