IGP orders DPOs to devise security plan for Christmas.

LAHORE -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Shoaib Dastagir has said that the district police officers (DPOs) should devise a security plan for security of Christian community, their worship places and recreational spots keeping in view the standard operating procedures (SOPs) issued by the City Police Office (CPO) on the occasion of Christmas celebrations.

He was addressing officers during a video link conference at Central Police Office here on Monday, in which all regional police officers (RPOs), city police officers (CPOs) and district police officers (DPOs) from all over the province participated through video link.
