I am ready to play anywhere in world, says Star batsman Rizwan.

PESHAWAR -- The unflappable Pakistan wicket-keeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan Sunday said that he is ready to play anywhere in the world for Pakistan and is trying hard to keep the national flag always high among world cricketing circles.

Talking to media men during the Annual Shama Award Ceremony at Shama Cricket Academy, Muhammad Rizwan said that it does matter where we are playing. The thing that matters to me is giving performance and shouldering responsibility whenever the team needed, he replied.

'I always focus on hard work, " the cricketer said; 'The same I used to tell the youngsters coming in from U13, U16 and U19 levels as there is plenty of talent but such talent needs a proper guideline like we had from our seniors,' he said.

'It is amazing the talent coming in from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and we should see the spirit of our children by providing them proper guidelines so that they could come up and excel at national and international level. The motivation is key to these children,' Muhammad Rizwan said.

'One thing is very much clear that without hard work nothing is possible therefore, I urged the youngsters to do hard work and replace us by serving the national team and our beloved country,' he said.

Answering a question, he said: 'We will play wherever PCB says.' 'We are fond of cricket, we are not afraid to play as players,' he added. If children are given the best guidelines, they will be the stars of the future.

About another question, he said, fitness is very important for any cricket and my main focus is on my fitness as if I will be fit I will run more and serve my country, he said.
