Hubco not sharing 3pc profit with Balochistan govt: Bhootani.

QUETTA -- Balochistan has been suffering a loss of over Rs700 million annually as Hub Power Company (Hubco) is not paying 3 per cent share of its profit to the Balochistan government, says Member of the National Assembly Aslam Bhootani.

Talking to newsmen during his visit to Gadani, he also claimed that Hubco was not providing jobs to the local people.

Mr Bhootani said he, through his lawyer Amanullah Kanrani, advocate, had sought a copy of the agreement signed with Hubco, but the Balochistan government refused to provide it to him.
