'Hit-and-run' accused arrested.

ISLAMABAD -- An accused of 'hit-and-run' was finally arrested after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) dismissed his bail petition on Monday.

The accused Ahmed Zubair, 16, ran over his car on Mohammad Ali Chughtai on Sept 17after both went into arguments over rash and on the wrong side driving by the former in Phase II of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Islamabad.

The video of the incident went viral on the social media in which Zubair was driving on the wrong side.

When he passed Chughtai's car the latter stopped him and both went into some arguments, However, Zubair ran over his car on Chughtai while he was returning to his car.

Chughtai was critically injured and admitted to the hospital where he remained in coma for 17 days.
