JAMSHORO -- History in its entirety has remained heavily gender-biased, a mere glorification of patriarchy with a deliberate intent to effacing all that has been feminine, says noted historian Dr Mubarak Ali.

He said during a lecture on 'Writing of history and society' organised by the department of sociology at Shaikh Ayaz auditorium here on Monday that even when some female characters like Razia Sultana and others had reluctantly been recorded, only those of their attributes had been applauded that were men-like in nature, says a press release.
