Higher power tariff flayed.

CHARSADDA -- Qaumi Watan Party provincial chairman Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao on Friday criticised the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government for raising power tariff, saying that it had put an additional burden on the consumers.

The QWP leader said this while addressing a public meeting in Dhaki union council of Charsadda.

On this occasion, Jamaat-i-Islami activist and former nazim Musa Khan, Ali Khan and several other people announced to join the QWP along with their supporters.

Addressing the meeting, Sikandar Sherpao said that the PTI government had made repeated increase in the power and gas tariffs during the last one year, putting an additional burden of Rs600 billion on the consumers.
