Hazara power utility to generate 20,000 jobs.

MANSEHRA -- Special assistant to the prime minister Sardar Shahjehan Yousuf on Monday said the newly-established power utility for Hazara division would employ over 20,000 people.

He also announced that the Hazara Electric Supply Company inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lately would be operational shortly.

Mr Yousuf told a public meeting in Balakot tehsil here on Monday that the Hesco would effectively address issues of electricity, including outages, low voltage and line losses.

He said the federal government was executing mega energy projects in the Hazara region.
