Govt rejects Transparency International report on corruption: Firdous Ashiq Awan.

Islamabad -- Special Assistant to Prime Minister for information and broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Government has rejected Transparency International report on corruption.

Talking to media men outside the Parliament House, she said that nexus of configuration of Transparency International Index should be unveiled while those who represented Pakistan had encouraged PML-N leadership.

She said Prime Minister Imran Khan is trying to eliminate corruption from system roots.

She further said that institution like MOODY's are backing government economic data while this type of report can't mislead...
