Govt increases petroleum price by Rs 25 instead of Rs 31per liter: Omar Ayub.
ISLAMABAD -- Petroleum Minister Omar Ayub has said government has increased prices of petrol by Rs 25 per liter instead of Rs 31 per liter.
?s per statistics the petroleum price was to be increased by Rs 31 per liter but government has enhanced the price by Rs 25 per liter. Like wise the diesel price was to be increased by RS 24.31 per liter but its price has been enhanced by Rs 21.31 per liter.
An abrupt upswing was witnessed in the prices of petroleum products in international markets during the month and rupee has also been devalued ranging between Rs 2 to 3.
