Govt committed to implement uniform curriculum, Senate informed.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Shafqat Mahmood has informed the Senate that incumbent government, adhering to its manifesto, is committed to enforce the uniform education curriculum across the country so that all the children have a fair and equal opportunity to receive high quality education.

Speaking at question hour on Friday, he said, in this regard, the National Curriculum Council has initiated the process of developing Single National Curriculum, with input from all the federating units.

The Federal Minister said the uniform education curriculum will be one of the best curricula of the world, which will be implemented in all the schools of the country.

He said the government is fully determined to enroll out of the school children to ensure their due contribution in the country's progress and prosperity.
