'Govt committed to achieving sustainable development goals'.


ISLAMABAD -- Planning Minister Asad Umar has said that the government was fully committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, underlining that the government's primary focus was on socio-economic and human resource development, besides bridging the disparities among various districts of the country for sustained national development. The minister was talking to United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative Ignacio Artaza, who called on him at the Ministry of Planning on Wednesday.
