Govt asked to provide facilities to senior citizens.

PESHAWAR -- Speakers at a workshop here on Wednesday demanded of the government to provide all privileges, reflected in KP Senior Citizen Act 2014, to the 2.8 million elderly people in the province.

They said that senior citizens having age of 60 year and above were prone to diseases due to their fragile health and meagre financial resources. The sensitisation workshop on Senior Citizen Welfare Act, 2014 was organised by HelpAge International and Community Research and Development Organisation.
