Govt agrees with Zardari as NAB, economy can't run together: Bilawal.

ISLAMABAD -- The government agreed with the position of former president Asif Ali Zardari that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and country's economy cannot run together, said Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday.

In a tweet, the PPP chairman said that latest NAB Amendment Ordinance is proof even government agrees with Zardari, NAB and our economy can't run together.

'Instead of clearly biased efforts the government should work with the opposition. Do your job and legislate. Abolish NAB, strengthen anti-corruption laws and end this farce,' he added.
