Girl killed, several trapped as school wall collapses in Dir.

LAHORE -- A girl was killed and several others students were trapped as a school wall collapses in a Lower Dir school on Monday.

According to police, the wall of a under-construction building of the Government Primary School, Dapur in Lower Dir area collapsed. As a result, a girl was killed and several others students were trapped under the debris.

On information, the rescue teams rushed to the scene and started pulling out children trapped under the fallen wall. They also retrieved body of a girl student who died in the incident.

The administration imposed an emergency in the Lal Qila Hospital whereas the rescue efforts were going on.
