Ghana is an investor's paradise in Africa: Shahid Rasheed.

ISLAMABAD -- Honorary Consul General of Ghana Shahid Rasheed Butt has said that Ghana is the fastest growing economy in the world which offers matchless incentives to foreign investors.

He said that Pakistani companies have invested in the energy sector of Ghana and they are getting good returns while other sectors like mining, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, services, and manufacturing are open to them.

Talking to the business community, Shahid Rasheed Butt said that according to the IMF Ghana's economy is to grow at a rate of 8.8 percent while last year it was sixth in the world with a 5.6 percent growth rate.

Mr. Butt, who recently received an excellence award from the President of Ghana for his diplomatic services spanned over 25 years said that many companies are weighing on options to invest in Ghana were the environment is conducive for them.
