AN inter-Dominion Minority Board to protect the interests and rights of the minorities of India and Pakistan inasmuch as they are claimed to be identical was formed on Saturday [Nov 15] in Karachi with Prof N.R. Malkani, a prominent Congress MLA, as chairman and Sayed Faizul Hussain (Central Provinces) as the Secretary. The headquarters of the board will be Karachi.

The board at present consists of nine other members representing minorities in various provinces in both Dominions. The board resolved that political parties in one Dominion should be disaffiliated from their counterparts in the other Dominion.
