We extend a cordial welcome to His Excellency Sardar Najibullah Khan, Afghanistan's Minister of Education, who arrived in our Capital yesterday [Nov 14] as his country's Representative Extraordinary to the Quaid-i-Azam. His visit, he revealed in an interview to our correspondent, had been made at the express wish of His Majesty King Zahir Shah, and is intended to strengthen the ties which naturally bind the two countries.
