KARACHI -- It is understood that Karachi has been finally selected by the League High Command to be the Capital of the Pakistan Dominion Government, and that the Sind Government has constituted a 'Housing Committee' to requisition certain buildings and flats for the Pakistan Secretariat, offices and their staff.
