France stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Foods and Drugs, Gas and Water and General Financial sectors led shares lower. At the close in Paris, the CAC 40 fell 3.57 percent to hit a new 1-month low, while the SBF 120 index declined 3.38 percent. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Paris Stock Exchange by 450 to 113 and 95 ended unchanged.
