Four outlaws surrender to Lakki police.

LAKKI MARWAT -- Four outlaws surrendered to police here on Saturday.

An official said the development was the result of frequent raids by police on the hideouts of criminal gangs in Kurrum Par area.

He said mountains on the borders with Karak and Mianwali districts in Kurrum Par area were considered as safe haven for outlaws.

He said district police officer Abdul Rauf Baber had deployed a large contingent of police along with armoured personnel carriers in the mountains to destroy the hideouts of criminals.

He said the proclaimed offenders, who surrendered to Dadiwala police station, included Naseer Mohammad, Sher Ali, Hamayun and Yaseen Wahab. They were wanted in 16 cases of murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking, attacks on police and...
