Four killed in Kohistan, Shangla road accidents.

MANSEHRA/SHANGLA -- Four persons were killed and as many injured in separate road accidents in Lower Kohistan and Shangla districts on Friday, police said.

A pickup vehicle plunged into a deep ravine in Shahshi Gigal area of Lower Kohistan when the driver lost control over the steering while negotiating a sharp turn, critically injuring five people.

The locals shifted the injured to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced Mohammad Ismail and Mohammad Shaik, the van driver, dead.

Meanwhile, two people were killed and another was injured when a jeep fell into a ravine in Bar Batkot area of Bisham tehsil.
