Former Wapda chairman appears before NAB in Rs753m corruption case.

LAHORE -- Former Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) Chairman Lt Gen (retd) Muzammil Hussain Monday appeared before the National Accountability Bureau's (NAB) office today where he was interrogated about corruption worth Rs753 million in the Tarbela Fourth Hydropower project, media reported.

'All allegations levelled against me are false,' Hussain said while speaking to journalists outside the NAB office, where he stayed for around two hours.

The former chairman questioned how the corruption figure was of Rs753 million when the cost of the project was Rs750 million.
