Former UC secretary bail plea case: SC told it is not possible for NAB to talk to AC judge.
ISLAMABAD -- Additional Prosecutor NAB has told the Supreme Court (SC) it is not possible for NAB to talk to judge of Accountability Court (AC).
He told this during the hearing of bail plea filed by former secretary Union Council (UC) Rawat Javed Chaudhry Monday.
Justice Mushir Alam remarked prosecution should have taken steps to pursue he orders of SC. Ask the prosecutor to talk to registrar.
