Foreign elements trying to destabilize development of country: Qadri.

PESHAWAR -- Federal Minister for religious affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said that some foreign elements are trying to destabilize the development of the country by creating rift among different faiths.

Addressing the Interfaith harmony conference in Peshawar today (Sunday), he stressed the need for unity and interfaith harmony to foil these conspiracies.

The minister urged all the religious Ulema to avoid differences and play their vital role for the promotion of inter faith harmony in the society.

Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said our religion and constitution guarantees freedom and equal rights of minorities like other citizens of the country.

He strongly rejected the rumours about the recognition of Israel and said that many Muslim countries have backed their decision about acceptance of Israel...
