Fool proof security of Imran Khan be ensured in the wake of security threat: PM directs interior ministry.

ISLAMABAD -- Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has directed to ensure effective and foolproof security of former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan in the wake of security threats facing him.

On information of security threat to former PM Imran Khan the PM has directed interior ministry to take immediate and effective steps on this count.

PM has directed interior minister Rana Sana Ullah to monitor rhe security arrangements personally besides ensuring implementation of his directives.

Under the orders of PM, the interior ministry has sent emergency letters to home secretaries of all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan forthwith directing them to take strict security measures for Imran Khan.
