PESHAWAR -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority on Tuesday conducted raids in Peshawar and Haripur districts and discarded over 44800 kg of rotten chicken meat and 300 litres of adulterated milk.
According to the spokesman of the Food authority, a team acting on a tip-off conducted a surprise raid on the meat-making units in Phando and Pajaggai areas here and found mince being prepared by machine from the meat and bones of chickens by adding artificial color.
