Five nabbed smuggling arms.

DERA GHAZI KHAN -- The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of the Dera Ghazi Khan police have foiled an attempt to smuggle a huge cache of arms and ammunition by arresting five people.

District Police Officer Akhtar Farooq told a news conference that a police team had apprehended Farooq Gadi, Sajjad, Nawab, Arsalan and Abu Bakarwho were trying to smuggle arms and ammunition from Peshawar to Muzaffargarh.

SALARIES: Employees including the teaching staff of the Divisional Public School and College have requested Chief Minister Usman Buzdar to ensure payment of their salaries of the last three months.
