Five drown in different incidents.

THATTA -- Two men, as many youngsters and a minor boy drowned in different incidents while divers rescued four others on Wednesday.

Six villagers fell into deep waters in an attempt to cross the Indus near Sondha on a wooden plank which overturned.

Four of them were rescued, but two could not be traced.

In another accident, two boys slipped into Nawaz Shah Qudosani distributary and died after being drawn into a whirlpool.
