KARACHI -- The RMTA McDonald's National Seniors and Juniors Tennis Championships started on Sunday as boys' singles U-18, U-16, U-14 and U-12 first round matches were decided here at the DA Greek club.

Monday's results (first round):

Boys' U-16 singles: Syed Mahad bt Jibran Shah 6-0, 6-0; Dhuraf Das bt Abdul Nafay 6-3, 6-1; Faiz Ilyas bt M. Azan 7-5, 3-6, 6-1; Hazik Areejo bt Rayan Ahmed 6-2, 6-1; Mikaeel Ali bt Kashif 6-0, 6-0; Abdullah Razaq bt Asif Amjad 6-4, 6-2; Taimoor Ansari bt Nibras Malik 6-0, 6-0.
