First COVID - 19, patient dies in AJK.

MUZAFFARABAD -- First COVID- 19 patient died in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Monday morning after six days illness.

Health Authorities said, Ikram Ullah 85 breath his last at COVID-19 Isolation Hospital, Muzaffarabad after he was tested positive for COVID-19 on May 4 on his arrival from Gujranwala.

Dr. Mustafa Bashir, spokesman of AJK government said the deceased hailed from Gujranwala and had arrived to visit his son.

The total number of COVID-19 patients in Azad Jammu and Kashmir reached to 87 as one more positive case was reported during last 24 hours, however, the number of recovered patients has increased to 64.

AJK government has extended the lockdown for further four weeks from May 4 with fewer relaxations...
