Financial results of Sui Southern Gas Company for Quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Karachi -- Sui Southern Gas Company informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on April 25, 2022.

The agenda of the meeting was discussion of Unconsolidated and consolidated profit and loss account for quarter ended June 30, 2020 which portrayed a loss of Rs. 21,392,591 and 21,268,732 with loss per share 24.28 and 24.14 basic and diluted respectively.

Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.

Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from May 27, 2022 to June 03, 2022 (both days inclusive).
