Farmers asked to adopt modern techniques.

TIMERGARA -- The agriculture extension department on Wednesday arranged a daylong training workshop for farmers on grafting of wild olive, gardening of olive trees and increased production of wheat in Khanpur Adenzai.

The district agriculture director, Murad Ali, was chief guest on the occasion. Scores of farmers from the area participated in the workshop.

Speaking on the occasion, Murad Ali, Faseehud Din, Sajjad Khan and others informed the participants about grafting of wild olive trees. The farmers were also trained about modern techniques of olive gardening.
