Faisal Sultan urges people to follow COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on National Health Services Dr. Faisal Sultan on Tuesday again urged people to strictly follow the precautionary measures to contain spread of COVID-19. Talking to media persons in Islamabad, he said the second wave of COVID-19 is getting intensified as 89 people have died of coronavirus during the last twentyfour hours. The Special Assistant said by following the SOPs, including wearing of face mask and social distancing, we will be able to overcome the second wave as well like the first wave. Meanwhile, Pakistan has reported 89 deaths in the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 423,179. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 8,487.
