Extraordinary general meeting of Sunrays Textile Mills Limited to be held on February 24, 2021.

Karachi: Sunrays Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on February 24, 2021 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 28, 2020 and to elect 11 Directors of the company as Fixed by the Board for a period of three years commencing from March 16, 2021 in accordance with the provisions of section 159(1) of the companies Act, 2017.

Further, the closed period of the company is from February 17, 2021 to February 24, 2021 (both days inclusive).
