Extraordinary general meeting of United Distributors Pakistan Limited to be held on June 24, 2020.

Karachi: United Distributors Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on June 24, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 24, 2016 and to elect directors of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017 for a term of three years commencing from June 25, 2020. The number of the directors to be elected has been fixed at seven by the Board of Directors.

Further, the closed period of the company is from June 18, 2020 to June 24, 2020 (both days inclusive).
