IN the absence of any clear guidelines from Cambridge International Assessment Education (CIAE), I need to know how an individual who wants to appear as a private O level candidate can withdraw from the May/June 2020 session and register for the October/November 2020 session.

My repeated calls to the helpline and emails have gone unanswered and I find myself in a quandary.
